Shipping Policy
Sense Milling Center aims to provide great customer service. Read our shipping policy and reach out if you have any questions.
Once we finish your work, we'll ship the item(s) to you within our specified turnaround times. Shipments are made during regular business hours from Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM.

If the shipping carrier provides a tracking number, we'll update your order with the relevant tracking information.
The shipping rate depends on the weight of your products and your location. Before you complete your purchase, you'll see the shipping cost and have the choice to cancel your order if you wish.
If an item is temporarily unavailable, we'll send what's ready from your order. Once the unavailable item is back in stock and ready to ship, we'll send the rest. No extra fees for shipping or handling will be added for the second shipment. This policy only applies to Zirconia Disks and Dental Tools products.
For other online orders, if there's a hold due to pending customer response or technical support, the whole order will be on hold until it's resolved. Normally, orders are shipped together unless the customer asks otherwise. We don't split shipments by default. If a customer requests separate shipments, extra shipping fees might be applied.
