Refund and cancellation Policy
All orders are individually crafted to meet the customer's exact specifications. Once production has commenced or is finalized, requests for order cancellation cannot be accommodated.
To initiate a case cancellation for a product that has entered the production phase, a formal written request via email is required.
Such cancellations may result in charges applicable to the portion or entirety of the case that has progressed through the manufacturing process.
Sense Milling reserves the prerogative to decline service to customers who do not concur with the aforementioned policies.
In the event a customer initiates an order cancellation, the customer commits to remunerate Sense Milling Center for all associated costs and expenses incurred by Sense Milling Center, commencing from the day of receipt of the cancellation notice.
- Repairs and adjustments are provided at no cost.
- Modifications or additions to cases will involve extra charges.
- For re-shading that deviates from the original lab slip and necessitates stripping and new application, there will be an additional fee.
- Please note that we do not supply a shipping label for cases sent to our office for repair.
- The customer is responsible for selecting and covering the cost of the return shipping method for the repaired item.
It is possible to return in the following two cases.
- Product received is different from the product ordered online.
- Product or material is clearly defective or milled in the wrong shade/material and cannot be used.
In this case, we will send you an email informing you that we have received the returned product once your return has been received and the inspection is complete.
Our team members will contact you to discuss the return procedure further.

We do not offer return shipping labels, and shipping fees are not refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the return shipping cost will be subtracted from it.
The delivery time for the replacement product may vary depending on the chosen shipping method.
If you are sending a product valued at over $100.00, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned items.
